Taking a booking, repeating it for a weekly hirer, adding the extras that go with it, and where an approval step fits if bookings need checking first.
- Invoicing and Payments
Raising an invoice off a booking, recording what came in, and taking a card payment where you need one.
- Your Own Booking Page
The page you are booking on now is the customer portal, running for our own account. Yours can sit on your website the same way, or on its own address.
- Users and Permissions
Who sees what, which matters most where a diary is shared between staff, trustees and volunteers. Roles and access are worth ten minutes if that is your situation.

Choose a time that suits you. If nothing shown works, send us a message and we will open something up.
- Verify Your Email
You put in your email address and we send you a code to type back. It takes a few seconds and there is no password to set up. Your own customers do exactly the same thing, so you get to see it from their side first.
- Confirmation by Email
The booking is confirmed straight away and the confirmation reaches you by email. Nothing sits in a queue waiting for someone here to accept it.
- The Call Itself
