Accessibility Statement
Axiom Booking is provided by Veridical Data Systems Ltd (company number 17139455), registered at 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA, and trading as Axiom Booking.
We want Axiom Booking to be accessible and usable by as many people as possible. This statement explains the accessibility of:
- the Axiom Booking website at www.axiombooking.com, excluding the Help Centre
- the Axiom Booking Help Centre
- the Axiom Booking app used by our customers at app.axiombooking.com
- client booking portals, whether hosted on their own web address or embedded into a customer's website
Our Approach to Accessibility
We design and test Axiom Booking against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
- use every screen with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus indicator
- use a screen reader, including NVDA on Windows, TalkBack on Android and VoiceOver on iPad
- zoom to 200% without text or controls being cut off
- use Windows High Contrast mode and other forced-colour settings
- have form errors, confirmations and other important changes announced as they occur
- read text with sufficient contrast
- understand information without relying on colour alone
The keys for the app's scheduler, lists and menus, and the alternative to every drag, are listed in Accessibility features in our Help Centre.
For additional advice on making your device easier to use, see AbilityNet's accessibility advice (opens in a new tab).

Services Provided by Other Companies
Some parts of Axiom Booking are provided by third-party services. We include these services in our accessibility testing and report problems to the relevant supplier, but we cannot directly change how those services work.
- Microsoft Entra: used for signing in to the Axiom Booking app and client booking portals
- Stripe: used for entering card payment details
- Cloudflare Turnstile: used by our contact form to prevent spam
Most visitors will not be asked to complete a Turnstile check. If you are shown a check that you cannot complete, please email us at info@axiombooking.com instead.
When a client booking portal is embedded into another website, accessibility outside the Axiom Booking portal is the responsibility of the website owner.
Customers can also choose the logo and booking colours displayed in their portal. Where a selected colour does not provide sufficient contrast, Axiom Booking adds a darker outline. Text displayed on coloured bookings is automatically set to whichever of dark or white provides clearer contrast.
Reporting an Accessibility Problem
If you find an accessibility problem that is not described in this statement, or you have difficulty using Axiom Booking because of an accessibility issue, please email:
Please include "Accessibility" in the subject line and, where possible, tell us:
- the web address or screen where the problem occurred
- what you were trying to do
- the device and browser you were using
- any assistive technology you were using
If you need information from Axiom Booking in another format, such as large print or plain text, please contact us using the same email address.
We will work with you to understand the problem and, where possible, provide the information or assistance you need.
If you are not happy with how we respond to your complaint, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) (opens in a new tab), which gives free advice on discrimination and equality in England, Scotland and Wales.
If You Are Booking With One of Our Customers
If you have difficulty using a booking page provided by one of our customers, you can contact the customer or contact us directly.
We will work with the customer to help resolve accessibility problems with the Axiom Booking service.
Public Sector Organisations
Public sector organisations are responsible for publishing their own accessibility statements, including where they use third-party systems such as an embedded Axiom Booking portal.
They may refer to this statement for information about the accessibility of the Axiom Booking service itself.
